there is only one kind of spring to have and that is none at all.....haha, just bag it man, then you have complete, control, functionality and a awesome effect. And surprisingly, you can buy the air cylinders at a somewhat reasonable price, and installation isnt that bad either. Most cylinder applications can be installed, by most with a decent knowledge of suspensions. or at least how they operate.

Eibach Pro-kit on 2005 Mazda 3i. I've got the camber links, but haven't installed them. I'll up the sway bars eventually.
Edit: Camber Links are on now. I've got the Mazdaspeed dampers but haven't installed yet....

i'm thinking about a set of tein springs for my 01 protege, how hard would they be to install? and is there anything else i need to buy? thanks

good thinking about looking into the TeIn's--you might need to buy something to adjust the camber angle after installing, im purchased a camber link kit from Mazdaspeed...installation is fairly difficult...you also might want to look into sway bars and possibly strut bars as well.

TEIN! The choice of the Mazda Pro race team! Hands down, the best for the money for the Mazdas! I love mine! got a 1.5 inch drop and still have a great ride!

I have Eibach on my 03 6. I was happy that I didn't notice much of a change in the ride.

I had EIBACHS on my last car,a 2000 Jetta VR6 and liked them, but they rode a little rough I thought.
My TEIN's on my mazda didn't take away the factory ride,so I am more than happy with the results.

did u need to buy a camber kit or anything when u put your springs in?

yes, a camber kit is highly recommended if youre going to be lowering your car as to avoid unorthodox tire wear.

No,I didn't need a camber kit for the TEIN's which is another reason I like them better than my old EIBACH's since they didn't mees with anything or even require an alignment although I did one anyway and it came out perfect even a month after the install.

I've got Ground Control coilovers (adjustable) with KYB-AGX shocks in my FC...improves the ride tremedously, especially in a 18 year old car.
