Respiratory system for the 6

I am about to do a Whole breathing Job on my 6. 2003 3.0.

I am looking for recommendations and reasons why you feel what you recommend is the Bizness.

I was lookin at getting a K&N typhoon cold air intake, CPE Long Tube Headers, and MagnaFlow or Injen Exhaust.

For the Exhaust I want somethin with dissipation of lower frequency sound.

I'm interested in this too.  My V6 gets really slow on warm days, and I suspect it could benefit from some cold air induction.
