Any help on the following would be apprecited....the Rear Sway Bar links on my 94 Mazda 626 have snapped and need replacing.

I have the parts but am not sure of the correct procedure for replacing these parts.....can anybody give me some guidance as to what I should be doing

Thanks

Nothing fancy about replacing them alanhay. Should take a 14mm wrench to get the retaining bolts off of the upper and lower joints and then just reinstall new ones in the same position old ones came off. Not necessary to have bar loaded or unloaded so just what ever is comfortable and accessable to you. One note of caution though. Use a wire brush to clean the threads off the old links as much as possible before taking the retaining nuts off. This will greatly aid in getting the nuts off without the ball joint portion of the link turning with the nut. If it does do this then you can still use an allen wrench to hold the ball joint stud from rotating while removing the attaching nuts.
