number of quart (oil) for 1995 mpv

Guys,

I just inherited a 1995 mpv and like to change oil soon. How many quarts do I need? Also, what weigh should I use?


I am in the socal area if the weigh of the oil matters.

Did it come w/an owners manual?? 
That info should be found there, or on the oil cap (the recommended weight at least.)
