Hi I'm a newbie. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get an aftermarket cam that I can just bolt on, no mods to the springs or lifters, I have a 93 b2200. I want more low/mid high lift/short duration cam. If I have to have one reground what lift/duration should I use? Also, can the rear drums be redrilled for toyota 5 bolt wheels, if so will I have to open up the center section of the wheel? Any help greatly appreciated!
