I have a 1991 Miata that will crank over but won't start.  I know it could be sparks, fuel delivery or clogged fuel lines.  Could it be the timing chain?  If it's clogged fuel lines, where would I find those?  Thanks.

It could be any of those things listed except that you do have timing belt and not a chain. Could even have a broken timing belt. Might just start by checking to see if you do have spark and at least fuel flow by removing the fuel line and trying to start. A little starting fluid could also take the place of fuel. If it will start up and then stall using starting fluid then look towards a fuel problem. To see if the belt is broken, pull the oil fill cap and look down inside while someone else cranks the engine to see if the camshaft is turning. Will not rule out a jumped belt but at least a broken one.

Wow, very cool.  Well, if the belt is snapped, how can I tell?  Will it be wobbling?  Where is the fuel line located?  Thanks.
