i am actually posting this for a friend that has a Mazda 3, but i was wondering what some good intakes and exhausts are that are out for a 2004 Mazda 3? i am also looking for headers for him and possibly a free/high-flow cat? anything out yet or too new? not really a mazda guy, so sorry for sounding like a n00b....

Draxas, AEM, mazdaspeed all have exhaust systems, I know there are a few intakes available (AEM is one.) There are a couple of header options out there. I'd do a yahoo search under Mazda3 exhaust.
