Hi. I have a 94 RX7 Turbo and my ISC selenoid is going bad. The dealer asks for about 500 dollars for a new one. Any aftermarket companies making ISC selenoids?

How do u know it's the ISC that is bad? Also there is way in the shop manual to test the unit,
