installing cone filter in milly s

How difficult is it to install a cone filter in the milly s?
What is the best way to keep water from getting in (water+supercharger=HUGEPROBLEM)?
has anybody tried this? how has it worked?

first of all its not goingto do anything but make a noise, 2nd of all, the MAF sensor issues you could run into and simply not worht it
