I need help on reupolstering side door panel inserts

Any one have some suggestions on reuplostering the door panel inserts? The cloth is so damn uncomfortable. I want to maybe get some ampupedic samples and use that as a base under some leather. If possible. lol. I think that would be comfortable. I also want to do the same to my seats, but not quite yet. Any help would be great. Thanks
