Hello - New Member

Hi, My name is Murray and I am a new member to your Forum.
 
I am from South Africa (Gauteng aria).
 
I drive a 2008 Mazda 2 1.5 Individual 5dr (In some countries it is known as the Sport) pearl white in colour. Never the less, it is the World Car of the Year for 2008 and I am very proud of that.
 
I am currently at work and I can not wait to go home in my Mazda 2.

I''ve never heard of the 2 until now, but I checked it out and they look pretty sweet. 
 
 

Welcome Murray!! You probably wouldn''t know this, but there used to be a famous radio disc-jockey here that went by (stage name) Murray the K.
We don''t yet have the 2 in the United States but they say it''s coming. 
You should post some pictures if you are able.
Since the diesel is a 1.4L can I assume you have the 1.5L petrol engine in yours?  I''ve read there are two different versions of it, a std power and a higher performance engine.  Which does yours have?

H''i guys, nice to meet you all. I did not even know about that "Murray the K", I just did not want to use my full name as a login name (My surname is actually "Kroucamp" - I think its dutch/german or something - I actually speak Afrikaans)
 
We only have one enjin 1.5 type and it has 76kw (around 100 hp - petrol)
 
We do not even have the 1.4diesel in SA only the 1.5 and 1.3 petrol.
 
The car is actually as big as a Mazda3 inside, it just lacks boot space. Tall people should have no problem in it.
 
This one is my 3rd car I have owned. First I had a 96'' Toyota Conquest then a 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.6 diesel and now the Mazda 2 1.5 Individual(sport)   
 
I went to fit some new wheels to my car this morning and it looks nice.

2006 FORD FIESTA. doesnt it look like a retarded box

Being the owner of a very sexy Mazda 2 now, looking back at the Ford Fiesta now it really looks ugly. Even the new Fiesta is ugly. lol
