I have an 2004 6s and have cracked my exhuast manifold twice. The dealer can't give me a reason for this. Does anyone here have any ideas?

incomplete combustion cycle...
possibly your driving the piss outta ur car??
but then again, i drive the piss outta my 3, and no problems yet....
thats all i can think of right now... but hey, at least its under warranty eh?? right??

which bank was cracked? where was it cracked? any pics? depending on where you live, and how long you've had hte car, get it to happen again and you got yoruself a lemon!
there are a couple aftermarket options as well

It was the front bank, I don't know where it was cracked though. I just took it to the dealer and told them that I had a exhuast leak the first time, cause I could hear it. The second time I knew what it was and they replaced it again. And no the second time was not under warranty. I live in VA had my car about 1 year now. I drive the piss out of it, 30,000 miles in a year. It has a CAI, tranny cooler, and UNICHIP.
