yes...i called to check on it after they've had the car for 4 days they said it should be done by friday. so i call and he goes
 
we found more broken parts we have to order it, so i will call you next thursday to give you an update.

First off, sorry 'bout your car, RenJen.  That really sucks big time.  And what's they're excuse this time?  What parts are they ordering? 
Make sure to ask for the old parts back.  By law they are required to provide them to you, but you must ask and have them put  in writing on the work order.
