Mazda Protege 1998
valves clicking - feels like Ignition was set BEFORE - I would like to change back to Normal
How I can do that
1/ with Distibutor Cap
or
2/ with TPS valve

George,when you say valves clicking,is this at idle or is this while driving and under a slight strain.if it is at idle mazda use to offer a valve cleaning solution that you add to your engine oil that would clean your lifters.If it is while driving you hear the noise your ignition timing could be out of adjustment or poor fuel grade.If this problem is while driving use 89 or better fuel.If the problem don't go away you should take your car to a certified tech to have your timing set.
