CEL on cold air intake

Hi, i recently installed a cold air intake on my 3.0 mazda 6. everything was fine at first but after driving around a bit the CEL came on. i heard this may happen, but does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix the problem? (other than bolting the stock back on)  I dont think i'll pass emissions with a CEL
