Does anyone know how (or if ) i can get the CEL codes without a scanner or going to a dealership for a 2004 mazda 6i?

If there's an Auto Zone parts store near you, they will read the OBDII code(s) for you, free of charge. Then, you can decide how to proceed from there. Report back what you find out, if you don't mind. Good luck,

Yep, that's what i had to do. Turned out i had a few codes that came up P0300 and P2187 (twice). The first was a random cyl. misfire, which was corrected with new plugs. The second has something to do with the tune and idle system. The dealer said it had to be taken in.
