Can you buy a replacement dashboard?

I was putting in an aftermarket head unit and LCD screen. Needless to say, I'm not the most professional installer and I scratched up the dash surrounding the stereo. Any thoughts on my options??? And NO I'm putting those crappy dash sticker trim kits on. Is my best bet to go to some junkyards and look for Tributes? We have an 01 with black dash. Most importantly, how do I get the dash completely off? I got it to pop loose, but couldn't disconnect all of the knobs.

take the stereo dash area off, and spray paint with that interior paint stuff...
