Brake ???????????????????? on conversions

Has anyone ever converted from 6 stud pattern to a 5 stud pattern on a mazda b2000
is there an off the shelf hub or disk that can be changed along with the brake setup

6 lug?  Do you have a 4WD?
I imagine it can be done and w/o too much fanfare, but I don''t know anyone that has.
Perhaps someone else will post a better answer for you?
