B2600 engine in B2200 pickup questions

My buddy has a B2200 carburated truck that smokes, so he just bought a B2600 EFI engine to drop right in there.

The engine he bought came with everything ECU, Harness, Sensors, long block, intake, Alternator, starter and hoses.

We want to know what else do we need to get it in and started?
