B2200 vs. B2600i for purchase

Hi, newbie here looking for advise. Car # is a 91 B2200 carb, 5spd with a 158K. reg cab. good shape. $1200
 
#2 is 93 B2600i, x-cab, 5spd. 130k, good shape. $2300.
 
Any thoughts on either engines, cars etc.  I wonder if the 2600i worth the extra 1000?  Thanks

I've owned both, wouldn't go back to a reg. cab once I owned the xtra cab
