A Trick

I worked at a car rental company for a long time and my boss showed me a great trick. I used to use Armour All on my tires and would wipe it with a rag after spraying it on. This would leave lint from the rag all over the tire. The trick is- just spray it on. DON'T wipe. You may have to wipe overspray off your rims, but don't wipe on the tires. Works and looks great with very minimal work.

Use black magic cleaning FOAM... it cleans the tire and gives it that wet look
