My 1995 Millenia 2.5 (not "S") has a A/C problem. The clutch will not engage. I checked all A/C fuses. All are good. I unplugged hot wire from clutch and wired directly to battery. It worked fine. The compressor is not frozen. It turns freely when the clutch is engaged. Is there a relay that may cause this? If so, where is it? My owner's manual does not identify the relays. Any ideas??? Thanks!!

If your ac system has a low charge it won't engage the
clutch. I would start there first. I'm not sure were your relays
are but it does have a relay that runs your compressor. A bad ac pressure sensor,or a evaporator temp sensor can cause this problem **they control your relay**

I bypassed the pressure sensor and it still does not work. I do not know where the evaporator temp sensor is located. Can you tell me where it is located and what it looks like?

It is a probe with a couple wires that is inserted in the evaporator coil,if the coil gets to cold/freeze condition it shuts the compressor off. I have a
96 dodge intrepid that I changed out,it had a little access panel on the air duct under the passenger side dash. I don't know about your 95 millenia.
Hope this helps.
