92 MPV Check Engine Light

I am new to this, but here goes.  I have a 92 MPV with 191,000 miles on it.  The MIL came on around 160,000 and I have been trying to reset it every since.  I know how to retrieve the codes now using the jumper wire, however my problem is in the 80,000 mile MIL trip.  How do I reset the MIL and retrieve the codes (I know I'll have some)?  I know I have to pull the Instrument panel and remove a screw, but which one is it?  Any help will be much appreciated.  Thanks.
