2003 Tribute Difficult to Start

I have a 2003 Tribute. When I attempt to start my truck about 30 minutes after being parked from driving, its very difficult to start. In other words, it doesn''t start on the first turn of the key. It acts like it wants to start but hesitates. So, to get around the issue, I''m forced to do one of two things. I either have to let it sit for an extended period of time or I have to keep turning the ignition (about 15 to 20 times) until it starts. Let me tell you this is very frustrating. I took the truck to a Mazada dealer, I was told there were no error codes being registered. So I drive the truck for a couple of days and the issue returns. I took the truck to another replicable repair shop and was told the same thing. No error codes. But when I drive, the same issue appears. So I replaced the fuel pump thinking that would solve my problem. But no such luck. I''ve been reading about replacement of an Idle Air Control (IAC)valve part. I''m wondering If anyone has experienced this same issue, if so, what was your resolution.
