2002 MPV Fog light

Hi, good evening
new to this forum and in  need of some help
I have a 2002 MPV in Portugal and the drivers side fog light is busted
Over the net I can only find replacements in the US and I´m not sure if it will fit mine.
Can you please tell me if the European spec is the same as in the US
