Here is my problem I have a 1991 B2600i and I was on the interstate when all of a sudden the truck lost power and I heard this clicking noise so I pulled over to the side of the road and when the truck come to a stop it died. Now when you start it the truck spits and sputters really bad and cuts out and when you give it gas it wants to die, it feels like the truck is only running on maybe 1 or 2 cylinders. I pulled the motor down to check the timing and everything is in check there and the compression and everything seems a-ok. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this may be?

My '92 did that, ended up being the ECM, about $300 for a new one, they say AVPRO is the best, I got mine off ebay.

Okay that is what people have told me before, is this AVPRO a place that rebuilds them or do they only sell new ones? Also where is the location of the ECM on my pick up?
